How has Jow Forums helped you?

I read this about 2 years ago and decided to follow it. I couldn't even run a mile at first. Now I'm 50lbs lighter and extremely Jow Forums

Thanks lad
Yeah I don't even watch Anime but it worked for me

Ask me how I know you're a newfag

Gonna start this program this week, I cane the shit out of exercise bikes and cross trainers, but I never really had the guts to run. I tend to go all or nothing with exercises so I was worried I'd try to run 1000mph and make a dick of myself.

Thanks for posting lad.

congrats
btw at the point you reach 25 mins of uninterrupted running time why not run for 5 more minutes and be done with it

Once a walker, always a walker

the whole point of a program is linear progression and to force a regiment of thought around how to achieve goals by taking small steps.

What you just said is the equivalent of saying if you're work on your new 1RM bench and 10kgs off 2pl8, just add the extra weight and be done with it

Post more of these

Those are clearly beginner level bodyweight exercises. Advance as you wish.

wait the first week of the pushup one is literally 3 pushups and rest for 30 seconds 5x? kek

You can start at whatever level you want...

How would the push up challenge affect me If I'm doing SL on a 4 day split? Should I do it at the end of my workout or in the afternoon? (assuming I workout in the morning)

Dumb question but did couch to 5k come from Jow Forums??

Or is this just where it got memed into popularity?

If you can only do 5 push ups than 5x3 will be pretty hard

Better

>Lost about 50 lbs from my fattest
>Learned about steroids and how most fitness stars are on steroids if not blasting and cruising so now my natty goals are much more reasonable
>got BTFO whenever I had stupid excuses about diet in the QTD threads
>Looking fairly decent these days now that I can afford a gym and go consistently
>gotten better at cooking and saving money at groceries
>Got good at running (4mi at 35 min), discovered I hate running, now only do it in small sessions because i seriously fucking hate it
>am gay now (no homo) but actually legitimately gay

p good run. I love this board.
