No proof of supplements ever working. Just eat animals brains
Forgot to add salmon
around the ammount found in half a kilo of sardines
supplements are for beta cucks
This, the Vikings apparently ate lots of offal meats, often raw. Do cook them though
I live near polar circle so in winter we get around 5h of sunlight. I dont know if its placebo or if they work but my seasonal depression is way weaker when I take over 100iu of vitamins d. I would recommend taking fish oil and then some other vitamin d supplement.
Also if you work outside then fish oil or fish heavy diet should be enough.
You’re dumb
>what is vascular calcification and why supplementing D3 is retarded unless you're female past 60 with family history of osteoporosis
take it with K2
I've been taking the 5k IU one the sticky recs daily for 6 months now since I work a night shift and sleep much of the day, no negative effects yet
you mean k2 mk7 because mk4 does nothing against calcification, as for d3 you get enough from sun and milk, while natto is source of k2 mk7. No need for supplements.
I don't know where to get natto here
>enough from the sun
Except for people who live in areas where they don’t, retard
>Vitamin D supplements don't raise vitamin D levels
>Source: My ass
This.
Doctors prescribe mega dose D3 supplements to people with deficiencies all the time.
>inb4 doctors don't know shit
Well don't be a brainlet
1. Measure your vitamin D levels. Presumably they're low
2. Take 5k-20k for 1-3 months
3. Remeasure
4. Adjust based on that
I mentioned milk
order from aliexpress they're like $1.5 or get frozen one from asian food shop, then find natto dad on youtube and follow guide. It's easy to make and vastly cheaper than supplements, you can reuse frozen natto to make as much natto as you want
what about the "soi" meme
>what is rickets
Cod liver oil was used to treat it
If you want ot be anal about it , 5000 iu has been deemed is safe for long term consumption, the "no observed adverse effect" upper limit is between 20,000-10,000 ius though no long term studies have been undertaken at that dosage, however it should be noted that in deficient individuals as much as 150000 ius has been injected safely at one time.
It is also a fat soluble vitamin , which has the effect being stored in your fat, so people with high body fat need more to raise vitamin d levels in their blood
>as for d3 you get enough from sun and milk
here the ammounts of vitamin D3 in unfortified milk
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
raw milk has less than 50 IU of vitamin D(that includes vitamin D2 and D3) per liter
you would have to drink 15 liters a day everyday to get enough vitamin D from milk,
