I've never taken roids and have benched 330, squatted 535, and deadlifted 585, and I'm still getting stronger with basic cut and paste training cycles that anyone can find online. Nothing special, no doubt, but you don't need roids to get stronger and build muscle to a decent level.

Looking to get into powerlifting, should I start with a basic program like stronglifts and then move up to one of the OP programs? Should I cut first or just up protein and start lifting?

Focus on losing weight as your main goal. Eat at a deficit and do a novice program like SS but add in some extra volume for bench in the form of high rep assistance lifts. I wouldn't recommend stronglifts as I think doing 5x5 for squats and deadlifts is a waste of time and effort for novices, you'll make the same gains doing 3x5.

in all seriousness, the bike saddle you use can be very important not only for butt comfort but also keeping your testicles safe. if you can, find a bike specialist store near you and ask them for help.

Don't worry my balls are safe. I learned as a kid that sitting on your balls hurts so before sitting on a bike I put a hand down my pants and pull dick and balls into the up position, so it's safe, instead of hanging normally where I'll likely sit on them.

No but in order to pass a test they can't be running everything they were at full blast and expect to squeeze by.

So I decided to get fit, tried not eating anything for 2 3 months but still didnt lose weight, or at least not as much as I thought I would.

Now Ive read the sticky for newbies about cardio and lifting, however I dont want to go to gyms to lift because of my own personal reasons.

Can I just swim?
Does it count as both cardio and lifting if I swim for 30 mins each day?

If you try to starve yourself your metabolism will adjust to the lower intake.

30min of swimming is a start, but unlikely to get you to the results you want. If you refuse to go to a gym, your best bet is to be black and do calisthenics in a park.

Seriously though, I can name 4 people with autism at my gym, you're not the only one breh.

Realistically if you train 5 days a week you can expect to feel better about your self in around 6 months, which will last for 3-6months, and never return.

Granted I did drink a lot and do drugs so that might factor in.

However i went from skeletor to skinnyfat in my early 20s went I stopped drinking as much and started eating.

I dont want to go to gym because I have noodle arms and I dont think I can even lift, even if i can it would be laughable probably.

I have very broad shoulders and all my life gymrats tell me that I would look great if I lift and how they wished they had my phyisicue, however i have noodle arms and very little strenght for lifting.

Everyone starts somewhere, and noone is where they want to be, otherwise they would stop going.
