what is the cheapest form of natural, organic, as-nature-intended protein possible? I've been too redpilled on the food industry, chickens are supposed to naturally eat bugs and some wild seeds, but all the chicken in the supermarket is gorged on nothing but basedbean meal it's whole life, there's no way that shit is good for gains. Grass fed (and finished) beef is expensive as fuark though, so what's my best bet? My store has grass-fed raw milk for 6$ a gallon and organic, free-range eggs for 4$ a dozen, is this the cheapest source of natural protein I can get my hands on? Or is organic rice and beans better?
What is the cheapest form of natural, organic, as-nature-intended protein possible...
Raw steak from your own backyard-raised cows
get a $200 .30-06 and hunt
Not affiliated with him but Frankie's Free Range meat has the best shit I've ever had. The ground beef is the cheapest for price/performance ratio.
Skim milk powder
Shit took like a month to ship though so keep that in mind.
I'll check that out
>Or is organic rice and beans better
don't get protein from plants. Don't eat plants at all. Have you looked around at other stores?
>100% of cows in nature will consume exclusively grasses (as well as the small bugs and other animals that dwell in grasses) and spend all of their time outside, under the sun
>cows in industrial dairy and meat farms are fed exclusively soi and corn feed from the day they stop weening and may never see the sunlight in their entire lives if the farm can get away with it
I'm not some leftie hippy but why are they allowed to get away with this? I mean they have to artificially add vitamin D into most milk because it's absent, natural milk is supposed to fucking have vitamin d already in it
sv3rige pls go
Your not fooling anyone frank lmao.
The best proof that I'm not him is in the fact that his store has ~100 5-star reviews on Google and 53k subs on Youtube.
He doesn't need my help promoting his shit, especially not on a site like this.
Full of Antinootrients
Hehe
Shouldn't you be taking care of your mentally disabled sister instead of posting here, frank?
Just eat the supermarket shit and cool it with the softskulled hysterics. It's not that important. Nothing you do is that important.
lmao, yes because he is leading a cult of braindamaged pinheads. He asked his retard cultists for """donations""" to "kickstart" his business even though he already had all of the money, then he got banned from kickstarter for misleading claims. Of course his cultist followers still eat the shit up anyway. Scamming people is so easy, oh man
Lol this has got to be a vegan.
Even if you don't like Frank, he's doing a good thing for animals by sourcing from farms with humanely-raised animals that get exercise, socialize, etc.
Conventionally raised meat is a travesty and there is no way that the entire population is going vegan, so the best alternative is to support companies like US Wellness Meats, Alderspring, and local farms that treat animals right.
Personally, I don't give a shit if you buy from Frank or not, I just found the taste of his shit to be the best.
viral marketer go away
>live literally across the street from a university farm where the cows are always out side and are never fed anything but grass.
Feels good buying beef from them, especially since its cheaper than grain fed from the super market.
Go on craigslist and buy freezer meat and eggs from local people. Shit's so cash once you can find a good supplier
OP asked a question and I gave an answer.
GTFO Vegan Painz, you're useless to this discussion.
I raise my own free range chickens, also grown a bunch of my own veggies. My brah raises rabbits so I trade eggs with him for rabbit meat. My folks have a small farm that they raise cattle and a couple pigs at a time. I also try to drop a couple deer every year and fill the freezer. Don’t pay the factory farm jew if you can help it. Find a farmers market near you and you’ll likely be able to find fresh vegetables and meat that was raised on a local or small farm. You’ll probly pay a few bucks more for it but just cut your expenses somewhere else if it’s important to you.
I was memeing earlier and didn't really think it was Frank but now, due to this reaction it might actually really be you lmao.
You got me.
The vegan kikes mass reported his campaign due to butthurt. Fuck (((kickstarter))).
>drinks virgin blood
>stabs classmates
>eats whole squirrels raw
>leaches off subscribers for a place to sleep
>hasn't had a job in 10 years
>lived off rich GFs parents who he dumped for someone hotter
>now lives off paterion bux.
He is the ultimate chad.
Based and redpilled.
1. hunt. get license, weapon. learn. go shoot. there's tons of wild hogs, wild turkey, etc. look up "Jeff Baron" and see how muscular he is, just from hunting and doing his job (building houses, woodworking).
2. fish. crab. crayfish. go catch it yourself. keep in mind you are also getting exercise and fresh air whilst hunting and fishing
3. look for sales. there's a rack of lamb sale at my local aldi right now, $10/lb. it doesn't say grass-fed but it comes from NZ. i also picked up a slab of lamb from a place called "grocery outlet" but they don't have many locations nationwide yet.
4. grassfed organic beef at costco. they also have ground bison. ground beef is the cheapest source of protein. its probably not pasture-raised and grass-finished though.
5. if you have a bit of land you could probably try farming your own animals or aquafarm but that takes time. you could raise chickens for eggs, and let them roam around freely pecking at whatever worms/insects they can find.
look up Derek Nance, he is raw meat eater in KY. he says he buys an entire sheep direct from local farmer, and it costs him around $250. then he butchers it and stores it in his own freezer. there's videos.
if you live near lake/river, see if there are crayfish. there's usually no limit on how much you can catch. easy to boil and freeze leftover.
>natural, organic, as-nature-intended protein
Milk, eggs and organ/muscle meat.
>rice and beans protein
Is this bait? They're shit forms of protein because you literally cannot break them down.
Or you could just shop lift meat from your local supermarket like a nigger. It's a lot less work.
Glad to see more people not falling for the vegan propaganda. Plant protein is a meme.
why do you moralfags that care so much about how your food is being fed only have meat as an option? Cant you retards eat fish? Literally best source of healthy fats, protein and vitamins while dodging the "force fed with grains" shit
If you try to live off of shoplifting you're gonna have a bad time.
Heavy metals and environmental pollutants.
I would never eat fish as a staple.
Not to advocate for guys like Monsanto, but do you understand how many people are on this godforsaken rock? Nearly 8 billion, It's doubled since I was a kid, now think of the percentage that's fat or obese, it's something like 50% fat globally and 20% obese. Do you have any idea how much grass and land you'd need to feed that much meat for general consumption? TOO FUCKING MUCH.
The only way it could possibly change is if we genocided most populations on the planet and started from near scratch with the best minds and forward thinkers we could imagine. There's too many fucking people to stop now, not even a world war could fix this, we'd need nukes and space age weaponry, or a bio-engineered super plague which I assume isn't too far off from being a reality.
What's it's fed changes the nutritional makeup. Soi and grain-fed have less omega 3 and more omega 6 making them more inflmatory. They also have the phytoestrogens from the soi they are fed.
>What is mackerel, deenz, anchovies, salmon, haddock, cod, trout, catfish
These are off the top of my head, the list is pretty long. The heavy metal meme obly applies to tuna, shark and other fish that you rarely see. The ones i mentioned have trace amounts of heavy metals, which are insignificant.
>what is the cheapest form of natural, organic, as-nature-intended protein possible
Humans.
I dont get how that answers my question pertaining the ignorance to fish and the advocacy of meat. If youre talking about farmed fish which are force fed shit and then colored (like salmon), unironically get better sources.
Do you own stock in fish farming or something? Anyway, eating the quantity of fish you need to get enough protein for the day would be disgusting.
haha no, i just live in a coastal country and have very positive experiences with fish, especially considering the outrage towards the meat industry. If you dont like fish that much to the point you cant eat enough until you hit your macros then oh well, not much can be done. My experience is that you can do the fuck you want with fish. Oven, grill, fry, batter and deep fry and do to it what you would do to meat. Also fish is pretty proteic per 100g, so the amount required to hit your macros isnt even that huge. Its definetly worse than chicken, but deenz are 25g protein per 100g of fish compared to 31g protein per 100g of chicken breast so not too bad
>moralfag
??????
not him but fish is pretty expensive, farmed salmon is $10 a pound where I live, and the nutritionally superior wild caught stuff is like twice as much. This doesn't really help with wanting the healthiest protein at the cheapest price, pasture-raised eggs are probably the best bet there
Skim milk is for faggots only.
Fish taste like shit and are contaminated with more than just mercury.
>heavy metal meme obly applies to tuna
This in not true, there are a lot of fish that when eaten every day for months or years to meet all your protein goals would have a negative effect. Sardines and silversides and other tiny are safe because they don't eat other fish and don't spend long in the ocean before they are fished out or die.
Rabbit meat, chicken, eggs, and lean fish. All of which can be raised on a very small plot of land (roughly 20' X 20' total would cover a family of six). Rabbit is easy to raise, cheap to feed, easy to breed and butcher. Same with chicken. Raise Tilapia in a fish tank (breeding stock) and 3, 55 gallon barrels with aerators and filters.
