Fucking idiot. I get my nutrition by staring at the sun hehe

it helps if you have an ant problem

Why the hell would you refrigerate oats?

Depression.

Well yeah I know that. But I'm on a cut right now anyway, is it bad for me to just not eat for a day.

What really helps if you have an ant problem is not being a dirty slob.

mushroom only master race

Your body still needs something for fuel even if you do nothing today.

Mushroom are more intelligent than you are

Milk and Sriracha. Meats in my freezer and spices/oils/rice in my pantry. Need no more.

Mitigates bugs, depending your location and sources.

Now? Milk, eggs, open sriracha, mustard bottles and the food containers i just made after meal prepping sunday.

Starting my lean bulk pretty soon and I'm pretty hyped for it
Whole day is
>Cheerios (2cup)
>Milk (1cup)
>Steamed Vegetables (1pkg)
>Banana (1)
>Chicken Thighs (8oz)
>Shrimp (12oz)
>Whey (2 scoops)
>Seasoned Rice (2cups)
>Clif Bar (1)
>Onions (2 cups)
>Mushrooms (2 cups)
I've got room for ~300kcal more carbs, any suggestions?

Is that Giant? Is that a good grocery store?

Get spinach and avocados in there. Potassium is essential in protein synthesis and you need a lot of it.

So I tried sardines. Pretty good protein I'd have once in a while. Next protein source I'm going to try is cottage cheese.
I'm actually enjoying the Jow Forums diet. But I think I don't digest bananas well.
