>nah bro my form is fine, I'm wearing a belt and everything. Go deadlift more than me before giving advice lol
Nah bro my form is fine, I'm wearing a belt and everything. Go deadlift more than me before giving advice lol
Sometimes I think my form is poor then I see morons like this and feel good about myself
post deadlift maxes and how often you deadlift ITT
>230kg
>once a month
>Go deadlift more than me before giving advice lol
I unironically support this sentiment. If he can deadlift more than you with shit form, then keep your stupid DYEL mouth shut.
>280kg
>twice a week
>280
very nice. Sumo or conventional?
Most people lift more with shitty form than with strict form
Found the guy that swings his entire body to do curls then brags about how much he can curl
What is fit's opinion on belts? I started using one last week and it feels great. Easily added 10% to every relevant lift.
>clearly don't know the fundamentals of the lift
>willing to cripple onself and halt real progress just to brag about numbers
Yeah let me listen to you over someone who actually understands the lift that magically doesn't count because he did it less times. The shit in the OP doesn't even count as a deadlift at that point given how much weight is shifted off the correct muscle groups
>90kg
>1.5 times a week
KEEP CURVIN' WORMCHAD
>nah bro my form is fine, I'm wearing a belt and everything. Go deadlift more than me before giving advice lol
Holy fuck, I've known so many people like this before. Not one of them lasted. Not a single fucking one. It's such a waste, because it's nearly always genetically talented people that are like this. Then they plateau and give up or turn to roids, then eventually stop lifting altogether due to some form of injury.
It's sad, man. You gotta play the long game-- you can have glory in 1-2 years, but that doesn't mean shit if you're crippled or your back hurts to the point that you'll never lift again. It's better to take 3-4 years or longer to achieve the same strength, but actually be able to keep it and not be in constant pain.
RIP to all my genetically gifted bros who deadlifted 3 or 4 plate their first time lifting, but never got beyond 5.
>180lbs body weight
>DL 226 kg
>1 - 2 times a week
>implying ive ever
But if I did I could easily do 100kg.
>Trying to give wormchad advice
Shut your mouth you fuckin' cheeky cuntloaf. How does it feel knowing that he has the lower back of a demi god and you can barely lean over to pick up a newspaper without complaining about back pains?
I hope you're not seeing anyone, cuz they'll take a look at his gains and suddenly you'll be offering up that puss as tribute, son.
500x5
Once a week
>220kg
>Once a week
>100kg
>not anymore
I'm 128lb
220kg, every 1.5 weeks
>deadlifting less than 3 times a week
lol
>Same as you
> 2x a week
My dead is 520lbs last I maxed it, and I do conventional deads one day and a variant 2 days later, every week.
300 pounds
whenever rip tells me
>feel a series of tiny pops in succession during the upper part of DL
>now in agonizing pain
Pretty sure it's not a popped disc, though. No pain or numbness in buttocks/legs.
My lower back fucking hurts, though. Like, waking-up-at-night-have-to-eat-ibuprofen-every-3-hours pain.
Don't forget bw, bloatlord rows 230kg
