Hey guys and gals. I need an advice on how to get rid of a giant bulging tummy. I used to be very fat back in the day, but then I started doing cardio and swimming. I've lost a lot of pounds, I used to weigh 77 kgs and now I'm somewhere around 62. That's probably 120 lbs I believe. Not really sure. Anyway, my stomach is still pretty big and it's my biggest insecurity. Any tips on how to get a completely flat stomach?

Keep dieting and incorporate exercise, train abs and do stomach vacuums. Most importantly lose more weight tho.
You have shit posture
If you’re a woman it’s your uterus tilting forward if you’re a man hahahahaha fatass
unironically. running helps a lot.
Stomach vaccum is important if you want good stomach posture.
I'm a woman in my early 20s, and I don't think so. I consult my gynecologist every month and my uterus seems fine, however I don't get my period on a monthly basis so I guess that contributes to the fat stomach...
colonics might help
What if I have bloating issues, how do I get rid of bloat?
>get rid of bloat
You’re half way there though, now it’s just time to max
I have no idea what you replied to
You cannot target where to lose fat. You just have to continue diet and exercise until you reach your desired weight/look
fasting and doing planks helps a lot man
>gals
>fit
no such thing
visceral fat, stop eating
Based Jamie poster.
Check your posture like dude said.
If you have a butt and gut you could have anterior pelvic tilt. If no butt and gutt, posterior pelvic tilt.
Also cut flour from your diet. Bread and flour goods may be making you hold water.
We really should have a posture thread. It makes people look fatter than they are and most fat people will have posture issues.
>getting rid of tummy
if you're a woman, don't
nope
Elaborate, is it because YOU like them ? Esthetical reason or something that has more sense
If you have a tummy like OP you're literally perfect.
Women need to have a significant amount (20-30%) body fat for optimal fertility and to maintain healthy estrogen levels in general.
what a bunch of dyels
