Create an exercise plan for every single day. Reward yourself with playing your WoW or other favorite hobby after completion of that plan per day. If you really live in a small town with nothing to do, u should be killing it with the solo excersises, calisthenics, etc...

I just play wow because I am so defeated and it gives me something to look forward to with the grinds but sometimes i do just play it and feel trapped in my head and shitty and i hate. I just started eating canned veggies. For years I kept thinking oh i wont get fat i can just eat shit and i drank alcohol and ate. Pizza every day. Woke up fat. After that i just kept thinking oh alcohol doesnt count as calories i will just starve and shit and get better. I just kept starving more and more and still nothing because i was eating all this pizza shit. And then i was like oh okay i will eat healthy and add like 2 celery sticks onto eating pizza and shit all day and then eventually I realized none of that shit is going to work i have to hardcore eat vegetables all day and starve plus work out

okay, cut the carrots, corn and peas.
try eating more canned tuna (packed in water), garbanzos, pitted olives, beets, and beans packed in water.
also try frozen broccoli.
not altogether as tasty as corn and stuff, but WAY lower calorie and better nutrition per can.

yeah some do because of their starch content. when you digest starch it turns into sugar which makes you fat.
so like corn and potatoes can't be a diet staple if you're trying to lose weight.

a really rough rule of thumb is, if it's green it's good to go, but some stuff doesn't follow the rule, like peas.
I dunno if you like pickles, but a big pickle only has 3 calories, you can sit and eat a whole jar of them and only eat 70 calories.
People do need carbs in their diet though, so if you want non-starchy carbs, try eating brown rice, wild rice, and brown rice pasta.
cheese has a TON of calories but is also really good for you so limit that, same with butter except slightly less good for you than cheese cuz of all the salt.
there's frozen meals you can buy that are only chicken and green vegetables and they are called "steamers" and i have those for dinner like 4 times a week. highly recommend.

good sleep schedule will help. regulates your hormones. sleeping late/irregularly will make you gain weight, as will eating salty sweet and processed foods.

google has good advice for what tastes good together, ALSO you wouldn't expect it, but adding tomato puree to a soup makes it taste soupier even if it's not tomato soup.

You don't get fat overnight. It takes months for proper fat loss.
If you're struggling with cravings you might need to learn to season your food better.

I lost 80 lbs in 6 months by just cutting out sodas/sweets and eating average sized meals. First few days will be tough but after a while you will notice that you don't crave for junk food anymore.

I know it's not good for you, but diet soda curbs my need for real soda that has calories. I honestly eat unhealthy food but just make sure I keep my daily totals under 1,500 calories. It's hard, though, and I skip lunch to do this. I have the discipline to not screw up during dinner thinking I can have anything I want because I skipped lunch, and not everyone will be able to do the same.
