I am covered in sweat yesterday i went for.2 god damn bike rides and went on my treadmill

Right now i am on my treadmill having burned 530 calories and still going and i am still fucking fat god damn it dude its just not going away

Create an exercise plan for every single day. Reward yourself with playing your WoW or other favorite hobby after completion of that plan per day. If you really live in a small town with nothing to do, u should be killing it with the solo excersises, calisthenics, etc...

weed literally kills your appetite when you smoke all day every day.
If you can force yourself to work your ass off on the mememill then you should really be able to force yourself not to cave and eat like trash
