Who /stupid/

who /stupid/

Since maybe a year ago I can barely concentrate and I have really bad brain fog

Do you drink a lot of coffee and or smoke a lot of weed?

Finding I often can't even remember what I did the day before, can't remember anything I've learned this year but can still quote random bullshit and remember lyrics.

Brain fog feels like one permanent migraine.

no
dont drink coffe and I've never smoked weed

Have you been depressed for long?

It's either depression and or endless mechanisms of escapisms coupled with a low force of will.

>Have you been depressed for long?
not diagnosed though I feel like I probably am depressed
Not sure what I can do about it though. I feel like ptofessional medicine just tries to hide the symptoms but not actually tackle the root cause of the problem.

Coffee is a stimulant.
It doesn't cause brain fog you idiot.

I'm absolutely retarded as well. I use modafinil and phenibut to keep myself afloat but I don't know how long I can keep it up. I'm too dysfunctional to ever hope to be normal without pills, so I'm probably going to kill myself in a few years. I get so fucking envious of people who manage to be normal so effortlessly.

It could be genetic. I've read about feelings of well-being and generally your mood being genetically determined. Some people are literally born to be sad and stressed 24/7. My head has always been enveloped by this low-serotonin fog that I can't break through. I can feel myself getting dumber by the day because of the constant low mood.

I didn't really have brain fog or depression 2 years ago

you get really tired once the caffeine high wears off. also headaches

Bro it's probably just bad nutrition/vitamin deficiency.

Go buy a few different multi vitamins and eat healthy for a week or two and see how you feel.

>you get really tired once the caffeine high wears off
Thats not brain fog.
>also headaches
I take caffeine pills literally everyday and never have them.

I've noticed that I've been screwing up basic addition/subtraction and my memory has completely gone to shit, half the time I barely remember what day it is. I managed to graduate college so I know at one point I wasn't this retarded.

me /stupid/.
i think i have brain damage from schizophrenia, my head literally ACHES when I think and i can also feel my brain moving around.

Caffeine destroys your long term memory and normalizes the higher functioning state it causes, so when it wears off you're in a constant state of mental low.

Truth
Justice
And proof...?

>Bro it's probably just bad nutrition/vitamin deficiency.
I wish
I live a healthy life

stupid dumb big tits

what do you guys do throughout the day? I've experienced similar symptoms ever since I was a hardcore neet and severely internet addicted

I draw. i am self employed.

could be ur posture

Stop drinking alcohol OP.

Brainlets like you are the most obnoxious people because they always spout out their unqualified opinions and act like they know everything.
Check the internet. There are a lot of people complaining about brain fog from coffee and there are also a few possible mechanisms how coffee can cause them even if it's just a personal thing. Everybody acts slightly different to different things. Suicide yourself, nigger

It's probably a nutritional deficiency so just pop a multivitamin. We also need iodine and omega-3 for proper brain function which most people are lacking in their diet. Iodine can also stimulate the nervous system in a similar way to amphetamines.

i dont even know basic math and lose focus at least 2 times when reading a sentence

well drugs destroy the brain so no matter how smart you were your brain might be forever dmaged like the rest of your body from drugs

Sounds like youre the true brainlet here if you're getting "brain fog" from coffee of all things.
Sucks having shitty genes, I guess.

being mentally tired easily falls under brain fog lol it has no exact meaning. also headaches from drinking coffee is a well documented phenomenon during caffeine withdrawal. your anecdote doesnt really prove anything.

You just said "tired'.
You never said "mentally tired", which is obviously quite different from physical fatigue. You can still be mentally alert, but exhausted from caffeine crash, which does not correlate to brain fog.
Nice try moving the goal posts though!

>your anecdote doesn't really prove anything
I suppose, but you have yet to provide any scientific literature saying otherwise.

thats just being pedantic lol i thought that was already obvious. DSM- 5 literally recognizes withdrawal as a legit disorder with headache being the number one symptom reported by those affected
>You can still be mentally alert, but exhausted from caffeine crash
goddamn i dont know how that works out. i thought caffeine crashes affected your cerebral blood flow as well
