I binge on 3k calories for fun, and that's in addition to my normal intake for the day. But I also probably have some sort of eating disorder.

When I was cutting I thought this was just autistic bullshit, but trying to bulk at 3k i find this legitimately problematic if i try to eat clean

meal 1:
3/4 pound lean meat 300 - 50

meal 2 + 3 (half meal 2, half meal 3)
1pound ground chicken 680 -88g proton
18 oz tortellinis (pasta) 1550 -80
bottle of marinara sauce 400 - 10

I tried to do this and I legit couldnt finish meal #3 most days. and this isnt even all that lean.

right now I aim for 3k cal and i try to eat lots of lean meat as snacks throughout the day. I eat out a lot so it's hard to track my calories, but im not sure im getting enough since i really only eat 2 meals a day. I feel like i have to supplement with candy to actually hit 3kcal
