Starting is the hardest part, it will only get easier for you once you take those first steps towards living a better, more rewarding life. You just need to build momentum. Don’t doubt, deliberate or sigh. Just start with something manageable (50 push-ups a day if you’re total gym noob, then copy a basic routine to learn good form, then add more iso lifts to round out your physique). Diet diet diet - it’s essential. Learn to cook and prep cheap nutritious meals.
Don’t let your motivation for doing so be hollow, else you’ll run the risk of giving up quicker because you’re not being true to what you genuinely want.
There is no better feeling than taking control of your own life and holding yourself responsible for meeting your goals.
