Wisdom Teeth

Have you gotten wisdom teeth removed? I need to get the bottom 2 out and the dentist recommends that all 4 should be pulled but i have my doubts and just want the bottom ones out and only the top ones if absolutely necessary

I got all 4 cause you never know if they'll cause issues later on.

I'm literally healing from getting mine out as I type this. If you can, just get it all done at once because it's not a fun experience and you will be out of the fit game for a couple of days with the painkillers. Might as well only do it once and not risk maybe having to do it a second time.

Have all my wisdom teeth I. My mouth doesn’t give me a single issue

That's what i'm thinking but oppositely, you never know if they won't cause problems.
Did your face feel different because the top ones were removed or was there no change?

apparently my jaw was large enough to keep them so no

Ok, I think I'll get them all out at once as in the future it might not be convenient and tooth pain hurts. Has your face changed due to the top ones coming out or not?

i had one removed and I have scheduled the left one to be removed on a month since its already giving me pain. doctor told me removing the ones on the top is to give the patient a correct bite and chewing form after the ones from the bottom are gone, its not gonna give you pain but its gonna give you a crooked resting bite down the line.

Couldnt imagine being such a jawlet that I’d need to have my own teeth physically removed.

had all 4 removed, and it was the most relieving fucking thing in the world having those things gone.

Are you going to get the top ones out?

I always get complimented cause of my ridiculous jaw and I still had to have the removed, its not an issue of size, but rather, the angle at witch they are placed.

not that user, but i got all four removed and after the swelling went down there was no difference in bone structure. just curious, why are you assuming there would be?

Dunno, paranoia of the unknown, never had problems with my teeth before

this. the teeth fit in the mouth, they just sometimes grow in a way that pushes into other teeth from the side causing pain as time goes on

probably yes.
he might have fallen for some mewing tier meme or just be worriied idk

fair enough. i am in the same boat. always had great teeth and then had to get them removed. just follow the instructions your doc gives you and all will be well. you don’t want a dry socket.

There's no benefit to them, why take the risk of needing to get another operation later in life if you can just get them all out now?

I got 3 out at once, wanted all 4 but one had been filled due to issues i had when it was emerging (couldn't reach it to brush it properly). It makes literally no difference except for making your mouth feel better.

Removing teeth narrows your jaw. Unless you have major room to spare, you will be a jawlet

Got one removed today, the doctor was a dyel so he didn’t answer my question properly about when i could start lifting again. Any anons with experience regaring that?

I had all mine taken out. Got to take painkillers and sit around the house for a few days, so that was nice. But your mouth will hurt like shit for a while so there's that.

They split the tooth after drilling into the tooth after cutting open the gum. Oh and some kind of brush that gets rid of the hard "Sheath" around the crown. It sounds horrible when i describe it but in reality you dont feel a single thing aside from the horrible sounds. The nurse assistant, she held my hand during it when they were splitting it open. Dont eorry user, the pain comes after, dont get it infected post operation or else you gotta cut it open again

My father is a dentist and I’ve worked with him for 3 years now. Short answer: yes, if you can, get them all removed. They may not be an issue now but later on they will hurt like a fucking bitch and when you get them removed you will suffer a lot of pain for weeks and the inflammation on the jaw will also last longer. If you do it now, when it doesn’t bother inflammation and pain is almost null and it will only last a week.

Get the 4 out at once, you dont want to go thru that pain again

entirely false, terrible bait.

Thank you anons I feel much better about it now

Probably best to wait until they heal almost completely. Too much pressure (i. E. Lifting heavy) really can cause bleeding and lead to incredibly painful shit like ulceration or dry gum. At the very least you should wait until the packing is removed/falls out.

Basically when you're comfortable eating heavier foods and they aren't sensitive as shit you should be okay.

Two out of four are slanted, dentist keeps telling me to get it removed because "you're young so you recover quickly". I have no problem reaching it with my toothbrush and floss, so i'm not going to spend several hundreds of euros on removing something that's not bothering me at all.

I had dry sockets on my bottom ones, that sucked donkey balls

I would not fuck with the healing process at all. If you get dry socket by popping the blod clot you're going to be in so much pain and you'll have to go back to the dentist

Is it safe to masturbate after this procedure? Im asking because elevated blood pressure might lead to the wound not healing properly.

I just got mine taken out last Wednesday. All swelling is down and got to workout for the first time yesterday. Apparently it helped slim down my face too because that's what my buddies have been saying. it's a good few days to rest too.

I've had one removed, luckily enough one has replaced a molar that was bad but I might have the other two removed

Happened to my bother. He was the only one to get his wisdom teeth removed in my family and now has a jawline that rivals a kpop idol. Even models get them removed to narrow the face and height the cheek bones. Sorry, but the more teeth you lose the more changes to the face.

the jaw doesn't change immediately it just weakens eventually

alright thanks user

No worries, and honestly you'll actually be able to feel the pressure on the socket. If you start clenching your jaw now i'm sure you'd feel it. You can just use that feeling of pressure as an indicator of what's too much.

also wondering about this, didn't think it would matter.

took all 4 out in one go a few years go.
was like 1hour or something, took no painkillers afterwards and could normaly again on the 3rd day.

feels way better without the extra teeth. go for it.

I got mine out, the dentist said that it pushes the other teeth forward and are problematic. Now, I've paid a shit ton of money to get them out, so whether it's a jewish trick or not will remain to be seen.

Top ones come out nice and easy in my experience. The bottom ones were more of a bitch. Just get it done and over with

I wonder what's it gonna be like when i wake up tomorrow.

got it while drugged as fuck, and it really was not bad at all. Just get them to knock you out and it's nothing

If you don't have the room for them you don't have the room. Unless you want to pay insane ammounts of cash for fairly risky palette and jaw expanding surgery, braces, and the n wear a retainer for life, you should just pull them. Four less teeth to worry about cleaning makes brushing and flossing both a bit faster and easier. Make sure they replace the roots of the lower teeth with bone grafts though, or you risk ending up with a glass jaw that will break from virtually any impact at all. I had this done about a year ago a year ago, girlfriend works in a dental office and told me everything about it. I'd say it's worth doing, and it's virtually risk free if done right.

fuck wisdom teeth all they do is fuck your shit up why the fuck do we even have those anymore, come the fuck on evolution get the fuck on that shit

I had all 4 taken out and i got a sinus infection. Literally my terth grew into my sinus so i had pus coming out for like 4 months and i had to take 3 weeks of antibiotics. Stil recovering kinda but i still would have gotten them removed. You should go for it but see if they'll send you with antibiotics maybe

my jaw keeps making sounds bros... am i going to make it?

my wisdom teeth came in fine and never bothered me. Not sure why I'd get rid of perfectly good teeth.

>works for me

In my opinion is just more free teeth to add to your collection why would I give it to the doctor

Yes it fucking sucked, had to eat porridge and shredded fish for weeks. According to Dr. Mew this means that I (and you) didn't chew enough tough foods as kids so our jaws got too small to fit the wisdom teech.

I only had 3. Two of them came in at an angle, so I just had them all ripped out. The process fucking sucked, though. Two dentists had to work together to get one out, and that took maybe around an hour and a half.

Don't listen these faggots, wisdom teeth are important for aestethics, it's literally the teeth of manhood, your face will be more manly, if it was a real issue later on then do it

Only remove them if they are impacted and acting up.

mine grew in perfectly fine and i dont have to get them removed

big mouth

go suck a big dick, big mouth
