I have always had bad writing, but I was a smart student. I have ADHD and its common to have bad writing if you have it.
Everyone just uses phones and computers to communicate these days so there's minimal incentive to work on your penmanship. It's only going to get worse with time as all education shifts over to computers.

OP here, when i was younger everyone i knew thought i had ADHD, mother took me to multiple doctors all of them dismissed it (none believed), well years later i still have the same symptoms.

It used to be, but in the current year most people don't actually write things by hand often enough for it to be a competency.
I'm an oldfag, and I used to have great handwriting. Cursive like the posters third grade teachers have on their walls. Printing that looked like typing. After a decade of literally NEVER writing anything by hand but my signature on checks (and even that happens at a steadily decreasing frequency) my handwriting is atrocious and looks like I'm Patrick Star or something.

No. You could just have bad motor skills, bad visualization in your brain etc, not exactly brainlet stuff.
Also i was thinking of going to a doctor that SPECIALIZES in ADHD in adults, i already know i have it, literally got all the symptoms.
But do i really want to live on adhd medication my whole life is the question. I doubt my ADHD will be fixed in a years time when and if i stop the meds.
I was diagnosed when I was a kid. I never had problems doing good in school because I didnt need it, I could teach myself without a teacher. And I never paid attention in class.
Socializing on the other hand has always been hard for me, I never managed to make friends no matter how hard I tried.

Probably not. Developmental coordination disorder correlates with above average intelligence, so a reasonable number of people who can barely write are probably pretty smart.
