im from romania, my health issues were suicidal tendencies, they have cleared up now though

that's not really anything to stop you from working then. does romania have any sort of higher level service jobs. as in do they have banks that have back-end (processing) work which doesn't require a completed education?

do they have trade schools that allow you to apprentice through any sort of low cost programs re: electrician, HVAC, plumbing, et all? those jobs are always in high demand if you can get skilled, though I don't know how your unions, if any, work.

Generally what a trade school does is they get you in as an apprentice under someone or someones more experienced to teach you how to do the skill. Alot of times you'll work under them as your skill grows, with the goal being to become say a Journeyman or Master or what have you. As a tradesman you can eventually set your own rules if you work for yourself or work for a team for larger construction projects. It's what I would've done when I was in my early 20s but I have some nerve damage now so can't pass the safety stuff we have here. Sorry I'm not sure how Romania handles it, the only sites I find are for jobs that are for English speakers. You seem fluent so maybe that's an option too?
