What do you think of heavy cream for bulking? Is 150g a day too much?

whatever it takes, brother

This, but unironically.

Based fpbp
I eat 4lbs of oats a day

so much cholesterol bruv

never gonna make it

ok ketard

Beautiful.

40 servings lol

I eat like half a pound a day and I thought that was a lot.

How much is too much?

it must be raw heavy cream my dude
they hav at sprouts in usa

I don't have access to that unfortunately

You're gonna die at 30 of congestive heart failure.

But it'll work.

What if I do cardio?

I counted my daily intake of cholesterol, it averaged out to be 70mg.
Is this bad? (That's without the heavy cream ofc)
If I add 150g of heave cream it will be like 230mg or something.
What do?

I'll occasionally have it with coffee, but I don't like the taste much by itself. Good for pastries.

I bought it today without reading the package (I thought it's yogurt), i ate some with my finger and it tastes really good.
I feel it goes will with dry oats.

heavy cream? you mean cottage cheese?

No I think the two are different, heavy cream is like whip cream or some sort.

Its called double cream in the UK, otherwise yes it is whipping cream

How dietary cholesterol is absorbed is largely genetic, in about 75% of people dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on blood cholesterol(what is used as a marker for heart disease) in the other 25 % it does increase blood cholesterol , but may or may not effect the ratio of ldl /hdl which is the primary cause of concern, further investigation is needed.

If you are worried get your blood levels checked, if they are in the normal range i wouldnt worry about it.

oh alright

if i was from the 25%, would it still affect me if consume less than 300mg daily? (which is the recommended dv i think)

half and half is fucking delicious

bump for this, ty.
