It doesn't matter. I'm 5'6

Dude I do 60 push ups every morning.
Still losing muscle mass steadily, gonna have to start working out again if I want to look the way I used to. But not many people can do that many push ups in a row so at least i got something.

Cane here to say this. No amount of muscle will make me not short. Itll make me look like im compensating for it. Which is rightfully infered.

But user-Kun, even if one did 15 push-ups and sit-ups every single day when waking up, mid day, and going to bed, it wouldn't make a difference fat wise! You'd build muscle, but not lose fat!

do them before you sleep rather than when you wake up user it shapes, builds and recomps your muscles better at least it does in my case and i only do about 25-30 each night

I'm sitting here at 5'4.

Kill yourselves.

I do it every morning cause then I'm sort of buffed for a few hours in public. If I did them at night I'd look less good during the day.

I have been doing consecutive 48 hour fasts to lose weight lately but I barely interact with women so I might as well not work out. if I get a gf I'll go back to the gym.

Are they working for weight loss? I wanna get back into fasting. I did a 2 week water fast once but didn't have any scales at the time, felt very sick at the end of it because I started eating again too fast.

Fasting will only temporarily get rid of water weight and a little bit more. You can't physically fast long enough for it to be good enough to just keep eating but cut certain things out. Also, it risks several things like severely injuring your body.

>15 pushups and situps
Middle school gym class warmup tier, but a good starting point
Brainlet detected
Any amount of musculature gain helps with fat loss and boosts metabolism, keep coping fatass
Good on you user, I'd still recommend you lift a bit if you have the time, it'll speed things up.

I did like 16 sit ups, but I could only do 5 pushups and they were kinda shitty. I need to get better at them. Still, at least it's something!

OP I did 45 push-ups and sit-ups this morning, I also did 30 squats and jumping jacks. I think I'm all good.

While it helps it's not enough to do anything user-Kun, in order for it to be helpful with weight loss, you should do some for of warm-up, cardio, push-ups, sit-ups, and finishing with weight lift for mass efficiency! Along with having a strict diet-desu!

do them at night and in the morning

Do keto diet (focus on plant fat and animal protein, under 30 carbs) and intermittent fasting and you'll see results fairly quickly. Currently cutting rn to get leaner and it works like a charm if you have a modicum of discipline.
You're a fucking idiot. Water weight is lost in the first week or so you start burning fat. Fasting is only dangerous if you dry fast, which nobody does for more than one day at a time ~once a month.
>Also, it risks several things like severely injuring your body.
You have no idea what you're fucking talking about, fuck off.
Keep at it user, good job. Try doing something with light dumbbells or maybe a barbell with no weights once you get used to bodyweight exercises.
Good lad

No mate, you've just been brain washed to think that fasting is good for you.

Any british fags wanna buy me a Pull Up Mate?

>fasting is good for you
Lol'd. Fasting is good for weight loss you brainlet fatass. Nobody fasts 100% of the time unless you're a monk, it's a temporary measure to lose fat and get leaner.

Well I did it but it took an embarrassingly long time. I guess I better start working out.

i mean either way you getting (minimal) gains and are shaping more than bulking but in my opinion its better to do them at night rather than in the morning after you wake up but to each his own

Do it user! This is a good first step.
Exercise in the morning has a lot of benefits, but I'm a groggy mess until 10 am so I'm a /nightgym/ sperg. If you're alright with morning exercise, though, do it in the morning.

No I'm lankmaxxing I gotta be skinny and have 0 muscle

holy fuck you're a fucking midget lmao
even I'm taller than 5'4 and I'm an Asian girl

fasting isn't good. It fucks up your stomach and then when you stop fasting your stomach won't know how to process food. I struggle with eating and the longer I struggle the harder it is to get back on track. I've just begun to eat again after a year of on and off severe malnutrition and I've been having stomachaches after every meal for a week.
t.eating disorder user

Fasting gives your digestive system a break, if anything. As I said it's a temporary measure. Transitioning back to normal eating should be done gradually and won't have any adverse effects so long as you don't inhale 3kg of carbs the first day like a fatass. I'm sorry you struggle with this, though, eating disorders blow cock

did two and a half and couldn't get up

15 pushups and situps isn't the end game you lazy slob.
It's the first step to you improving your life

>he believes in bro science

No?
You're literally cutting out 2 entire day's worth of calories
Do you know how math and thermodynamics work?

Unironically proud of you

youre on that D12 shit huh?

Thank you based chad user

>Get off your ass and do 15 pushups and sit ups right now!
Just did 30 pushups and 10 sit ups.
When do I get my hot loving gf? Tomorrow?

>When do I get my hot loving gf?
When you realize that's not enough

Post nips or get the fuck out unless you are a sheman

nah, shoulder hurts. 15 pushups is for pussies anyways, 15 pullups is better

same here, i hate my life
