As with most of life's questions, there isn't one clear cut answer

Good to a point, overexposure for long periods of time will hurt you and damage your dna. This is a photo of a truck driver, the side of his face that is droopy and wrinkled is the side that was exposed to the sun through his trucks window

get viatmin d from food

Attached: index.jpg (183x275, 8K)

bad, thats why weve never been able to stay alive for more than a few minutes outside.

does it even matter at this point he looks like shit either way

just take vitamins

>This particular fag spams the "sun causes cancer" constantly
>Not one piece of literature has been posted by this faggot to substantiate his conspiracy theory
>Most sunscreens are laden in known cancerous, and specifically anti-androgenic compounds that have already been banned in Europe and some US states(minority)

The sun is absolutely essentially for your health. You should look up something called "EZ water" or "fouth state" water. Your blood isn't water, nor a liquid nor is it a solid but some sort of weird cystalline gel which is placed into an energetic state when in contact with sunlight. Its also critical for the synthesis of vitamin D, people who don't have a sufficient amount of saturated fat in their diet burn easily in the sun.

In both rodents [11, 33] and humans [30], daily light exposure patterns are associated with body weight, body composition, and metabolism even after taking caloric intake into account. Given these reports, light’s influence on weight regulation likely involves other mechanisms beyond a potential increase in caloric intake due to changes in hunger/appetite. One possible mechanism is the impact of blue-enriched light exposure on glucose metabolism, as observed in these earlier animal studies and in the current study. The metabolic response to blue-enriched light exposure was quick; within 30 minutes of blue-enriched light exposure onset, HOMA-IR was 30% higher in the morning and 19% higher in the evening compared to dim light exposure. It is plausible that extended or more chronic exposure to blue-enriched light may further impact insulin resistance, given that HOMA-IR is 50–65% higher in the morning with repeated sleep restriction compared to the fully rested state [38, 44]. These changes in insulin resistance with blue-enriched light exposure could, over time, impact feeding behaviors, body composition, and/or body weight.

>there are a number of metabolic functions sun light impacts
>those effects are necessary for optimization

NCIS LA

It's constantly firing radiant energy at you user. Some is okay, but extended exposure without proper protection will get you the bad skin

How do you explain higher skin cancer rates in Australia and New Zealand?

Try destroying the sun and see how long you can live without it.

Depends on which sun you are refering to

>Is the sun good for you or bad for you?
For me it's medicine thanks for asking, for faggots like you I have no idea
Learn how to write

Anglo scum

>How do you explain higher skin cancer rates in Australia and New Zealand?
Maybe it's sunscreen use, high exposition to UVA but not UVB, poor diet, cosmetic products, etc

Yah you only need like 15/20 minutes of sun exposure to have optimal vitamin d levels.

Like I'm all for "praise the sun" meme you're trying to pull off but you're going to turn people into cancer ridden leather handbags.

You'll notice he's not tanned on the "sun exposed" side, if he wasn't eating shitty food he'd produce melanin in response to the stress of sunlight as opposed to going all droopy

Post a better sunscreen
>protip: you can’t
Redpill: most sunscreens on the market doesn’t actually limit UV exposure efficiently but contains stuff that reduces inflammation and irritation on your skin thus resulting in your skin getting damaged either way

Eat a Cod once a month and you won't ever need the sun, the sun's not really good for you in anyway other than providing vitamin D.

Lay out in the sun with as little clothing as possible for 15-20 min when the sun is high. this will give you all the Vit D you need. Also try not to shower a few hours before and after. There's SOME evidence that suggests there's some interaction with Vit D production and your skin sebum.

If you still want to minimize skin damage after that, especially on the face, buy a red light and shine it on your face for a few min.

Thanks for posting, been looking for something like this. All the zinc-based stuff i can find in stores is nanopoison

If sunlight were the defining factor than we shouldn't see a melanoma rate halved as a comparison between White Australians and White South Africans.

My guess is their diet in SA hasn't entirely been cucked by Western globalist corruption, ie the fear of saturated animal fats and the mass consumption of starches(sugar). Saturated fats are a core part of what keeps you from frying in the Sun, enabling vitamin D synthesis. We know that part is true thanks to the grand experiment of veganism, where their adherents can barely synthesize enough vitamin D, despite being out in the Sun all day.

>no evidence has ever been provided for your inferences

Keep coping faggot

this tbqh, 20min naked of full sun is enough to get all the vit D you need without fucking up your skin.
lmaoing@the guys who fear the sun, without sun we are all dead

forgot image

Interesting. Never thought to compare to SA.
What about skin pigmentation generally though? The conventional wisdom is that white people evolved white skin to balance the need for vitamin D against the risk of sun damage to the skin. So when humans migrated north and started to get less vitamin D in the diet (partly related to transition to agriculture as well) their skin lightened so they could synthesise more.

What i’m getting at is this: if the sun really is safer than we’ve been taught, why are unmixed aboriginals and Africans so dark-skinned?

burns my skin and turns it red
t:white

Attached: boxxy.jpg (1280x991, 46K)

You absolutely need sun exposure for vitamin D production, which is vital for many bodily function and your health. Try to go into the sun as much as possible without burning.

If you're fair skinned, you can 'train' your body for sun exposure. Go into the sun every day for about 10 minutes an increase that amount every day. Try to get that number up as much as possible.

Race and geographic adaptations definitely has a role to play. In the data from SA White melanoma rates are within the last ten years on average 20 in 100,000/year of racial population where as Blacks its anywhere from 0.5-0.6 in 100,000/year. Same is seen of "South Asians" is slightly higher than Blacks, where as mixed race or "coloureds" are double that.

However there is a particularly unusual artifact in the data, the super majority of those with melanoma are over 60 years of age for all races. It would be good to see data on under 60 racial groups to get see a comparison. Though it also asks why the elderly are so adverse to such risk. It could be physiology deterioration, but I suspect there are other confounders at play here.

Cheers for the link fren.
Last question - where is this glorious catholic architecture from?

you don't need sun exposure to have optimal vitamin d levels. You eat your vitamin D. It's just not worth exposing your skin to the sun.
If you lacked iron, would you drink bleach with iron supplements dissolved in it or would you eat lentils?

>Sun bad
T. Ahistorical moron

cancer.org/cancer/cancer-causes/radiation-exposure/uv-radiation.html
>UV rays and vitamin D
>Whenever possible, it’s better to get vitamin D from your diet or vitamin supplements rather than from exposure to UV rays. Dietary sources and vitamin supplements do not increase skin cancer risk, and are typically more reliable ways to get the amount you need.
yep I bet all these skin cancer specialists are fucking morons too.

>yep I bet all these skin cancer specialists are fucking morons too.
Yes they are
Sun exposure is down because we spend all our time indoors, sun screen use is up yet rates of skin cancer are increasing

Follow their advice and you will get hurt
>Muh appeal to authority
What a retard

Ignore the no sunshine at all faggots. Like everything in life: moderation. Try to catch some sun everyday, preferably morning sun. But laying outside at noon, when it's 30° and the UV-index is high, is dumb.

This pic is bullshit. There are probably tens of thousands of truck drivers and nobody else looks like this. My father is a truck driver and his face is completely normal.

Ozone layer damage

Probably this. You never really hear about the abbos getting it, but us whiteys aren't cut out for the occa climate. We're also closer to the sun because of the planet's tilt or some shit, so our summers are scorchers.

>sunscreen use
Rates have dropped since we started the whole slip slop slap campaign shit.

>buy my sunscreen goy

this board gets worst by the day

>referring to scientific concensus is an appeal to authority
yep you're that type of retard I guess. I have nothing to add, you still have 0 supporting evidence for any of your claims.

Not him, but skin cancer is a meme. I live in southern Europe, people tan all the time here and I've never even heard of anyone getting skin cancer. I think only super pasty people like the Irish or basement dwellers who never leave the house are susceptible to it. Normal people are not. Our ancestors used to work outside from dawn till dusk and they were just fine.

wear clothes you cuck

yep definitely a meme

I was in in Croatia and burned pretty well, all my skin peeled off. there is no danger in it right?

definitely no supporting evidence or references cited user

Take ur d3 Timmy

I live in Croatia and am currently on vacation, my skin also peeled but that happenes every summer, nothing to worry about

drive one direction in the morning, the other in the afternoon

Silly user, we live in a post-truth world now. That means you just make up your beliefs and claim that all dissenting evidence is fake, biased, Jewish, or all three.

The guy spouting nonsense about the sun being harmless is a fucking retard.
