I know, it bothers me too. Used to work out at home sometimes, never actually committed to the gym until 2 months ago, been trying to gain weight.

Been a real long time since ive posted dudes, dont think ive posted in maybe a year. But took some recent pictures since I gotta do my yearly progress youtube video.. Basically no change the past few years, if anything ive lost a couple of pounds. So same stats as usual I suppose like 5 11 175 pounds. So because of that generally speaking I dont take pictures anymore since never changing

legs still suck... I do mostly body weight and band stuff do to health problems cant lift heavy. Id like to get a nice butt someday but meh like I said I havnt really changed much the past few years so not getting my hopes up
