>be me >25 >loser all my life >want to make a difference >go to uni (it's free in Europe) >always give my best >always be the one who tries to prepare for every lecture >end up failing an entire semester and the second doesn't look that good either
I FUCKING HATE THIS SHIT! EVERY FUCKING TIME I PUT IN SERIOUS EFFORT AND GET SHIT ALL OUT OF IT! I know guys who do basically NOTHING and pass meanwhile I fail although I am the one who study ALL THE FUCKING TIME IN MY SHITTY ONE ROOM FLAT! And then I get called lazy because Normalshits can't comprehend the existence of an IQ.
I fucking hate it when everytime someone comes up with "Success is for the ones who work the hardest", meanwhile I'm sitting here knowing that I AM the one who works the hardest and I got zero out of it in my entire fucking life.
It be like it is, user-kun. There's an order. >talent + hard work >hard work >talent >nothing
Nathaniel Diaz
so you re low IQ or what
Jonathan Taylor
It was fine until you brought IQ into it
Xavier Russell
I become 26 this year and I have nothing to show although I tried.
I hate my existence and I hate that I can do fuck all to change it and I hate it that no one but people on r9k can even comprehend to this suffering. I must talk with anonym users on Jow Forums because my other alternatives are normalniggers who blame me ("You didn't work hard enough!") or awful Boomer advice from my parents you can't use in the 21. century and they don't get it's not the 80s anymore.
Alexander Brooks
Wtf is the reason then. Surely not my lack of work ethic.
Sebastian Thompson
There's nothing you can do about it so there's no reason to worry over it..
Evan Fisher
if you applied your work ethic to slingin rock, you could be rich. your problem is, youre dumb. getchaself out of college.
Easton Parker
How the fuck did u get into uni then from the start if you claim to be this retarded?
Last time I checked u gotta have a certain weighted grade or do special tests to get a spot in eu uni
T. Eu user Who couldn't even complete school before uni yet
Asher Thomas
I'm German, I did the regular way.
I dunno how I even got a qualification. I fail at everything in life.
Adrian Robinson
IQ basically doesn't matter in Uni. It's all about how well you can follow instructions. Don't even bother. Just get a job and study for yourself on your own time.
Nathan Jackson
But I do follow the instructions?
Josiah Perez
I love that shit. Bizarrely Courage Wolf blew me away as the first time I had really thought positively at all. Right the way through teens which is probably why I'm a 28 yo NEET loser. IQ is a big factor but you can't change it (other than researching IQ tests and just playing the game better) potentially you're studying wrong. I lived briefly in isolation with no electricity one of my few companions was a maths tutor for children. Out of boredom I took some lessons of him as my maths ability was that of a toddler and absolutely it was.
But after a few lessons of multiplications which I initially would never have attempted. I was smashing them out so fast he was absolutely amazed and turns out I have a great calculating mind just i'd given up early because I hadn't learned well enough from this device I'd been given as a child and just given up on Maths. I lived in a rich area and my peers where very intelligent tbf. (I was an English pure and did pretty well otherwise but fat lot of good it got me). I'm not saying you're as retarded as I am to need to relearn baby stuff but it taught me that often the absolute foundation can be broken and easily fixed and the rest will fall into place and I'd say I'm above average Mathematically now.
I teach Martial Arts too and I find there's no one that can't get good given the right teaching but some people you have to really go to strange places to get ideas across. If a student is putting lots of effort in and not making it it's either personal problems that an experienced teacher can identify and fix or they're studying the wrong stuff wether that's too broadly or too microscopically. No motivational quote encourages you to bang your head off a wall. You've got the motivation to work that's a precious thing and something most of us here lack and envy. With that box ticked see what else is causing the problem.
Nah, you don't. You probably act on your own, one way or another. Loads of pros in any industry, science, arts, whatever, are completely disinterested in what they're doing. Because disinterest is what keeps you from getting personal about what you're doing, getting personal means you will break from rote form one way or another, whether your professors tell you or not. Like I said man. Find a job. Start in something easy like security or basic IT or some such shit. Stuff that doesn't take much to get started, but gives you room to climb up the ladder. Secondary education is a waste of your time and money.
See if you can research and self diagnose the problem. Genuinely you're probably studying wrong.
The education system for the last 40 years has been a big sociological experiment to see if they could get girls grades to approach boys grades. It worked great but now that girls grades are higher they don't see anything needs fixing. One size fits all has turned on boys and you're revision study style potentially just doesn't work for you.
Brandon Cruz
can't you do a trade or something?
Tyler Wright
sounds like youre putting in the effort but need a better approach to studying. Have you looked into tutoring?
Hudson Martin
I visit every available tutoring program since beginning.
Oh and of course I'm the only one in it who failed everything.
Jackson Ramirez
What are you studying?
oirmoo
Michael Morris
Life Sciences.
Yes, there aren't jobs, but this particular life science study program is basically Medical Engineering with another name hence why >95% of the graduates make a ME master.
Ethan Ross
hey, stick with it get used to that feeling learning is full of failing and it can be fun
Benjamin Sanchez
Not if you have the lowest grade in a fucking 30 minutes test in molecular biology. Most people who failed had 9-24 points. I had 3,3.
