I've been lurking this site almost a decade. Those were very different times when OC and raids were prevalent. These days this site is crawling with normie phone posters and moralfags from R*ddit and other social media.
We're still out there. Things just aren't as fun here as they used to be, and even once in a blue moon when they are, we've all grown old so it isn't the same. The energy you speak of is long since gone though. There will always be at least one person to shit on you here for just having a good time. This demoralizes not only the OC creators, but the people that liked to just jump on the bandwagon for the lulz. Thus, putting an end to the boys club vibe of old Jow Forums.
