Maybe if you do 8 hour workouts and roid

user, I don't know if your serious. I take most posts here with a grain of salt and so should everyone else, but i'm going to give you the benefit of doubt.
You will not look like a stud. If this is your first time working out you probably won't notice and kind of difference for a long time. You are going to be sore and in pain a lot and it's probably going to take you a long time to get used to it. You are going to hate yourself, and falter in your attempts to have consistent routine or stick to a diet.
But you have to do it anyway. There are plenty of people that will judge you for trying, but there will always be more laughing at you because you never started. This is your chance. You can mold that body into a shape your proud of, but it will take consistent work and effort. You can still accomplish this if it's your true desire. Let your soul free and be in control. Take the wheel of your life and drive. You can do this. Just stick with it until the end.

Define stud. Probably not. Also, wtf is that pose?

What is this even

I've decided to finally start working out--it's time to become the best version of myself :-) I'm trying to achieve a 'Ronnie Coleman' look by September. Is is doable?
