It is overpriced sugar that goes rotten at lightning speed and doesn’t even have any nutrients exclusive to it that you can’t get elsewhere in food that's way more filling versatile. Fruit is the devil’s food and is the enemy of all cuts. Fuck anyone who recommends fruits over vegetables in your diet.

Imagine being so autistic that you can’t enjoy fruit in moderation.

Proplem whit fruits is same as whit berry's, if you eat them as fresh as possible they are best thing ever. Fruits like berry's are hauled to store from far away, so you end up eating month old fruits. After 23 days they have lost all of good shit in them and are pretty much useless food. So either eat fresh or eat veggies, those one stay healthier longer.

OP yes, fruits are not as high in vitamins and minerals as vegetables for the same amount of calories. If you're cutting, stick to green vegetables. That said, the human race is still learning new things about nutrition every year, and we might make a new discovery about fruit that we didn't know before. The human race has died from eating fruit, so I'll have a serving a day just in case they end up providing a benefit, and so should you.

Further, if you exclude 99.99% of foods from your diet and your disease improves, that doesn't mean that the 0.01% of food you still eat "cured" it or that 99.99% of food "causes" it, but you would need IQ >90 to understand that, something not found in carnivore dieters.
