Why do people think 18-25 is your athletic prime?
I'd totally kick my ass when I was 18-25 now that I'm 30 years young.

Im about to be 37, and im stronger than i have ever been. I am getting aches, an pains now though.
If u didnt waste ur time fappin an continued ur sport then yes
Because it’s the highest potential you’ll ever have as a man. This is non negotiable.
40 here and just hit a PB on bench this morn.
Consistency is key, for me at least.
PB
penis butt?
30-40 is males prime. Through most of our evolution, thats about how long we've lived, so it's understandable why that is our peak. The more Jow Forums you were, the more dangerous activities you took part in, the higher chance of dying. I'm talking hunter gatherer, stone age bronze age shit.
>I'm 30 years young
shut up boomer, you're delusional
Because during that age you are most prone to change and getting fit.
fucking boomer
tfw no asian anemic gf
Depends on the sport.
Reflexes, elasticity and recovery get worse plus wear and tear slowly start to get the better of you as you age. Pure strength and endurance go up till your early/mid thirties.
Every male should be able to kick his ass from a year ago every year until some terminal aging hits at 50+ years.
yeah 34 here, could be to do with the fact we are all earning a shit load more than when we were 18-25 and can afford better food.
>30 years young.
lmao boomer cope
your life is over old man
same. I would mop the floor with myself, especially in strength.
It's just getting started lad
>30 years young
kek. 23-25 is the prime. stop coping you poor soul
>highest potential
I'm gonna focus on lifting here. that potential will be overshadowed with ten more years of lifting weights. it's useless talking about "coulda, shoulda, woulda" when at age 18-25 you have maybe 3-10 years of lifting (because it's generally not good to start before that) VS the 15-25 you'd have after. like another user said, sure you start getting aches, but it's completely ludicrous to say that the AVERAGE person is better off at a younger age from an athletic/strength standpoint.
based. aiming for this now
loving it
every power/endurance athlete generally only preforms at his peak until around 27-29, whereby afterward he slowly starts to decline even with training.
just look at the best weightlifters/sprinters/trialtheletes/wrestlers/judo practitioners/etc. the best of the best are best in their mid-late 20s.
Now, strength is a bit different, people don't start losing strength until around their mid 40s and its a slow decline every year
of course once you're in your 60s your strength decrease has compounded over many years
That’s a dead body. It was propped up and eyes were shopped over it.
Are you kazuma kiryu
Fuck outta here
For people that hardly do any exercise it is
For those that exercise frequently however it's more common to reach peak performance after 25 because resistance training is something that pays of in the longer run
Stop spreading that bullshit
It's all a hoax. She's not dead
Peanut butter. This person systematically assaults PB spreads in his kitchen every day.
Younger men just talk more trash and as we get older we become more mature and are above trying to be ego based.
there is sth rly odd about that pic but i cannot quite name it
thanks for the explanation
scared the shit outta me
itt: boomer cope
I've been working out/athletic since I was 19. I am 23 now and I'm still getting better everyday. I hope the peak is actually late 20's I hate to go on the decline soon lol haha
>30 years young
>young
you're one foot in the grave user
Shut up zoomer
your athletic prime is 25-35, look to pro athletes in that age range. Their stats are higher then.
Depends on genetics
I think the male athletic prime ranges from 24~30
Men do fall off mid 30s but people have access to trt and hgh these days so you could be jacked easily into your 60s if you trained smart
You were weak when you were 18-25.
