I play guitar, bass and upright bass (and in theory some really simple cello stuff, let's just say I play string instruments). It's a ton of fun and got me to go outside and meet people. Making music with other people is such an amazing experience.

The left hand has plenty to do, lefty classical string players play on normal instruments as well and you'll simply have a much easier time getting an instrument or just picking up a guitar and playing.

I always keep myself on idle, it's a good way to have plausible deniability for ignoring the people I don't want to talk to but also talking to the people that I do want to talk to. Online just makes me feel like I have to respond instantly and offline makes me feel like a tool for some reason.
