Weighted dips ftw

Lying extensions and dips

I'm fond of one arm dumbell overhead extensions if I may say so. Sounds like a meme, but it builds the tricep faster than an american can lose both it's legs for Israel™.

bench ss cgbp
dip ss db tricep extension

Close grip press

bench, ohp & overhead extension

From my experience: Close-grip bench press, dips, and overhead extensions

I can OHP 155lbs my triceps are still barely popping

Walking on all four the whole day every day

Tricep Pulldowns, dumbell raise ohp, skullcrushers, the rest in that order.

especially in conjunction with heavy bench and ohp

why the fuck tigers got triceps man they not even human

>exercise designed to hit chest
>best tricep exercise

Something isn't right here. It is almost like... Isolation exercises are the best to hit accessory muscles.

They walk on all four all day lole

Running around on your arms all day

Heavy compounds are 60% of it. After that you go with isolations for high reps

fingerbanging your mom and sister at the same time

Yall sleeping on the reverse curl

Cgpb focuses more on triceps than regular bench, that's why use it as superset (with lower weights) to properly overload the triceps.
Same for dips, vertical one are triceps dominant, also supersetted with db overhear tricep extension to complement bigger range of motion, saving time.

grug think skullcrusher grug crush many skull grug have big triceratops

Viciously pouncing on and ravaging everything in the jungle

secret: you do not actually get a full contraction of the tricep long head in any overhead tricep movement (skull crushers, dumbbel overhead extension, etc."), and there are better exercises to develop it.
as you are sitting right now, do an overhead extension to flex your tricep and touch it to feel how much it has contracted. afterwards, pull your arm behind your body as you would for a seated row seated row, and extend your arm to flex your triceps. compare which of the two contracts the long head of the tricep harder.

Definitely skull crushers and tricep kickbacks

>imagine being this fucking retarded
it's almost as if different grips and angles target different muscles fibres

low iq af

this thread and the overwhelming "skullcrushers bruh"? yea, low iq as fuck.
