not really, I db bench some times. I dont consider what categories are in, Im not going to limit my deadlift because my bench doesnt want to progress as fast lol

When i started in Highschool i was only able to bench 95, after a semester i got to 135 and haven't progressed since (inconsistent lifting, year long gaps, etc)

How to get better at OHP
Trained around 6 months now but have an ok foundation due to lifting back in the day.
Struggling with a fucked up knee and a spinal disc herniation so can't do proper back squats nor deadlifts anymore though, which sucks.

Clench all your muscles, especially glutes. Doing OHP should be about as hard as heavy deadlifts even though it's a much lighter weight
