Its 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass, not total body weight, no point in feeding fat. Protein powder, whole eggs with added egg whites, fish, lean meats, boil/bake/poach/steam instead of fry or sauté it leaves more calories for protein, peas, mushrooms, and every shits on fake meat, but some vegan/vegetarian meat alternatives have very good macros, but avoid onions protein.
