June 2017 till september 2018 I ballooned up from 82kg to 99-100. Started in september with lifting and counting calories and lost 15kg in 5 months.
Haven't noticed a lot of change since april/may, mostly because I couldn't go to the gym in june, so ended up doing pull ups and chin ups through out the day at home. Got some veingains and feel leaner so that's great of course. Also went below 80kg for the first time in like 3-4 years so that's awesome.

I feel like my anterior pelvic tilt is kind of bad. Might be due to lack of core strength. For example, here’s relaxed vs flexed. I can flex and almost pretend it’s a progress picture. Very frustrating.
