Best way to fix this is to attach a 40lb or 30lb dumbbell to a barbell with a rope or chain. Then wind the dumbbell up by twisting the barbell. Imagine wringing water out of a towel but with the barbell. This will grow your baby wrists

The first time I tried working out I was 5'10 175-ish pounds. I couldn't comfortably bench forty pounds. I could barely squat 90 and deadlifting 100 was a manageble struggle. I gave up three weeks and nine trips to the gym later. I'm now 225-ish pounds. That was 2 years ago or so.
