Fruits have sugar, but they also have fiber, so they have nutritional value. I forgot to add, I put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in there. Adds a ton of fiber. Be warned, you can be bloated if you aren't use to a higher amount of fiber. And my yogurt I buy is low in sugar. Unfortunately the western diet seems to throw in sugar as filler for everything, so when you go to the grocery store, check for greek yogurt, and check that it has like 20 grams of protein per cup and like 7 grams of sugar. If you don't check, you can end up with yogurts that have like 20 grams of sugar and like 10 grams of protein, blah waaay to much sugar. I personally use Fage Greek yogurt with 0% fat.
