I have 3 or 4 jumbo eggs and a bowl of oats every day regardless of whether im cutting or bulking

Protein powder and powdered milk. I premix 50kg a month so I just need to add water.

Unironically, coffe with milk and a shitload of oatmeal. Every single breakfast. Also, will snack on nuts trough the day. And will usually eat eggs after working out for those protons.
