I don’t want to

Because I'm afraid of people seeing me run. I don't have anywhere to run really because I never tried. Summer heath

becase cycling is a better form of cardio for my joints

Shin Splints. Have never been able to get rid of them and just quit running altogether

Because it's useless
I prefer getting places fast so I sprint instead

>muh joints
Fatty excuse

I jog every other day and I get pretty bad right knee pain. Like it hurts everyday.

Pain near the tibial tuberosity.

If someone is fat running is retarded. Swimming and cycling is far superior

What's the usual Marathon speed in big events these days? Like 5 miles per hour or so? Looks like a good way to socialise.

But my last marathon was in march. Do you need some specific pace or can I choose my own? If I can choose just say any day and I can run 30+ km without problem.

cuz its useless.

Probably you using a too slow pace. Cant explain why but if I jog or run around 6 min/km then I get knee pain. Increasing the pace to 5-4 min/km generally solves the pain problem.

So you want to be one of those powelifters who can't tie their shoes?

Because it’s currently 100+ degrees every fucking day we’ll into the evening hours where I live

Even if it wasn’t fuck running lmao

I did a half marathon in fall 2017. It was a lot of fun, but I feel like I lost a fair amount of muscle mass in the process of preparing (since cardio actually does kill gains when you start getting above 10-mile runs)

Fpbp

Should I then focus on reaching 5 miles and then train for speed?

3 miles is enough. No need to run half a marathon

If I run a mile as fast as possible every Saturday will I improve?

because I die after 5 km no matter the training regime
