Whites just have a straight up different culture. It's unfortunate that you're in this position, but you knew that this was going to happen when you signed up to enter a profession dominated by (usually male) Whites/Asians. There's tangible reasons why blacks feel so alienated from STEM fields. Being a woman ontop of it makes every problem worse.

Remember that nerdy White/Asian men are genuinely intimidated by Blacks and will let themselves be bullied by them if you just lead the conversation. You're probably not the assertive stereotype of a black woman, but that's what you'll always be seen as and compared. Confidence, as long as it's not misplaced, isn't a meme.

As for dating, it's true that most won't find you attractive. You never know, but yeah, odds are that they won't want you. You shouldn't be trying to date your coworkers exclusively, though. You need to find other ways to meet people than work. Just as a general life rule, your work and pleasure should be separated.
