I worked out at the gym off and on past 7 months and gained 25lbs (trash ik but I half assed so hard) looking to gain 10lbs more

Yes, I did 135 to 155 in 6 months. Full body one day on one day off. On off days you'll do a light cardio session.

Dips, Diamond Pushups, Pull Ups, Chin Ups NON NEGOTIABLE. Once these become easy look up the way to leverage for them to be harder.

Add piked push ups for delts and work up to a handstand push up. Almost every exercise will engage your core but you can isolate it with windshield wipers, leg raises, hollow body holds.

For legs you'll do pistol squats and calf raises I guess but eventually you'll have to start squatting with weight.

Calisthenics is based, I plateaued at 155 and I gained a shit ton of strength. Looking for a more intermediate program to continue these gains and get cali stronk.

That's like me but I was using real weight before but I cant for like 5 months cause I wont have access to a gym. I have weights for a curl bar and access to dumbbells.

like using added weights, or using more of your own bodyweight and balance. A push up is 60% bw. A planche push up is 100%.

You are pretty retarded. There are tons of people who decide they want to just train in calisthenics and I know a grand majority look better than you. Building muscle is essentially just stressing the muscle and progressive overload, whether you do it with your bodyweight or some plates is not a huge difference.

I gained 20 lbs in my first month at the gym, and have been recomping over and over in the last 6 months since all while still cutting fat and gaining small amounts of muscle along the way

I was a big athlete years ago so I do have a lot of dormant muscle allowing that pop
