Cittruline gives you a better pump and better erections

25 mg of viagra will get you banned from the gym

Focus om your training, sleep and eating, supplements are a waste of money

>creatine

get blood work done by doctor so you know what your body actually needs rather than wasting money

MK 677 gave me a couple inches at 23

Protein isolate

>Creatine
works for most people but it's like 5% increase in strength that you will loose if you stop taking it. >Vitamins
are only necessary if you don't get them from proper diet (most people don't).
>test boosters
do not work at all or produce results that are absolutely insignificant. Have some effect if you are very low T though. Mostly a major waste of time and money
>bcaa
meme
>anything else
snake oil

5 11 here

My philosophy is I I can't feel it, it's placebo

Stuff that I could actually feel:
-dmaa
-yohimbe

That's it. Would not recommend mixing

Multi vitamins (if you are deficient)
Phenibut
Idodine (if you are deficient)
Magnesium, makes me sleep really well
Caffeine
Kratom

Magnesium, fish oil, BCAA (there is enough in most whey powders already), green powder, probiotic, caffeine, whey.

Creatine is supported by evidence but I have never noticed enough of a benefit to take it. Most people are deficient in zinc and vitamin D so those are good as well.

thicc

As anons have said before Creatine is the only supplement with any decent evidence supporting it (besides protein supplements and caffeine)

However as anons noted. Depending on how much you normally get in your diet+what your body makes you may only see a minor improvement.

Also you have to pretty much take it continuously for effect and you lose the benefit once you stop it

Glad theres some fellow redpilled fitizens on here

BCAA's are a total waste, drop em and save the money or spend it on quality food/preworkout/sleep aid
EAA's are a meme too unless you're a natty cutting hard for a show then I could see taking them intra-workout
