If you’re eating at 2000, just keep your meals protein dense. 180g isn’t necessary for anyone honestly, 100g at a limit of 2000kcal is an ample amount for sparing muscle loss.

I get 180g on that without even trying.

Baked chicken breast with steamed veggies is like 500 cals with butter/barbecue sauce and gives you almost 60g. Protein shake with Greek yogurt is like 70g protein and around another 500 cals. That's 130g and only 1000 cals. Mixed bean salad, will give you another 20g protein easy for another 500 cals. With the remaining 500 you can easily get another 20-30g protein, leaving you around 170-180g.

A scoop of whey in a tub of Kirkland signature brand 0% Greek yogurt is ~92g protein and 500 kcals. Then whisk two eggs with 500ml of egg whites and microwave that for another 68g at 280 kcals. The only question is what are you going to eat with your remaining 1,280 kcals?

650g, I guess I should've specified. But it goes down easily with the leanfit brand of vanilla whey also at Costco. I can eat that bowl in fifteen minutes without even noticing.
