I have a banana, a scoop of powder (Which is about equal to 2 normal scoops. The spoon in the bag is big), 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, two 16 ounce glasses of milk. Equals 743 kCal.

This week i've been going between:
> yogurt, granola, almond milk and blueberries, 370 cal, 15g Protein
and,
> two homemade crumpets, two poached eggs, jam. 400cal, 12.6g Protein.
I started with a yeast starter, and fed it maybe a quarter cup of flour, a bit of sugar and water. I let that sit until it was frothy. For dry I combined flour, salt and a bit of sugar with baking powder. For wet I combined water, a dash of olive oil, and an egg.
I mixed the starter, and wet into the dry, then kept adding warm water until it was the same consistency as pancake batter. I let it sit for a few minutes and mixed it occasionally.
Frying was done on medium-low with PAM in small quarter cup batches. I didnt have a form, so they came out as small pancakes, but the yeast gives them the proper texture. Just make sure to fry the one side for about 9/10ths of the time, then do the other side for like, 45 seconds.
I made about 10 of them. They're good as a side and small enough you can control portions easily.
Fuck you.

How do you cook them?
Parker Ross
50g of butter 10 eggs Some full fat milk Some slices of metwurst
This is what i ate this morning >3 egg scramble with sliced up 2 stuffed mini sweet peppers >mini sweet peppers are stuffed with 35% cheese, 15-20% diced pork belly, then veggies/fruits like diced tomatoes, olives, onion, zucchini, idk maybe 1 or 2 more things >becomes a 60%egg 40% stuffed pepper scramble >puts 2% cottage cheese over it >mix it all up, eat
I don't really count macros. I'm assuming its around 800cals, probably 50-60G of protein, 35g of fat. however many carbs.
Also i train with strongman equipment, when i bulk i usually put on 20 to 40 lbs over 4 to 8 months, when i cut i then loose 20 to 40 lbs over 8 months. I never really count calories or macros, i just guesstimate the general range of where im at for day. I never had any problems loosing weight or gaining weight either. No, im not going to download and use an app, because apparently i dont need it.

Too lazy to count macros but usually something like
>2 scoops shake casein & whey >3 - 4 cups of coffee >ground beef and 2 eggs cooked with bell peppers
If I'm lazy or tired it might just be a shake, coffee, tuna, and fruit or vegetables, usually tomato, cucumber, or banana. Used to eat OATZ + EGGZ with fruit every morning for breakfast but I'm low carb atm. Miss dem oatz.
Coffee with condensed milk (the creamy one, not sugary) If I'm hungry plain oatmeal with milk (used to add a bit of honey but it's finished) if not I just drink protein yoghurt till lunch
