I drink unironically at least 2 entire 2 litre bottles of water a day, sometimes more if I exercise a lot. I have to get bloodtests done every month and a half or so and I've been doing that for a year. The only thing I've ever been low on is vit.D so fuck off with your "akchually woter is bad"
