Bumping and saying that I can't wait for my next paycheck so I finally make my home gym and get back to lifting.

Do you think I'd look better if I cut?
No, in the future probably will

>Do you think I'd look better if I cut?
Youll look infinately better without clothes. How about your face? Does it look pudgy atm? Can pull more than 2-3cm if you pinch your cheek skin? Face gains alone are worth it if so.

why do you not bench

Well basically you have 2 options:

Keep going full bloat mode and further using your manlets leverages for great lifts. Will impress lifters, not normies.

Cut down and impress normies. Maybe. Depends on the manlet cutoff

its boring. I db bench as a secondary press tho

Appreciate advice user
I wouldn't say pudgy, but I noticed it was more defined at 170 than now at 185

>90 kilo squat for 3 reps is "untrained"
Who the fuck rights this shit, midgets?

90kg x3 IS untrained... do you want standards lowered so it doesnt hurt your feefees :(

A male weighs at least 100kg

If it's so easy why I can't see a single other cunt doing this? Aside from one crazy boomer who does 10 reps of 4pl8 but he's a damn freak.

because you go to a shit gym

being surrounded by weak people isnt an excuse to be weak yourself

Well, you're right.
Not that it stops me from trying my best.

*whale

whales weigh like 50 tons user

So my statement is always true, where yours is wrong for most men on this earth.

Attached: 111.jpg (500x500, 61K)

Less than 2pl8 for 3 reps is not impressive at all. I consider myself intermediate at-best and I do 4x6 of 113kg

Are you supposed to count the combined weight of both sides or just one side?

Cut

How short are you?

there is no way this is 84 kg, you have 17 % bf

are you a manlet

Why will my OHP not go up? Almost green man... Want to die...

I only exercise my dominant arm. My left arm has gone without use for seven months now and has atrophied away into a tiny, near useless limb that is only good for manipulating objects (can't lift anything heavier than about 15lb)
My right arm is massive and can curl 200lb
I'm built like a Fiddler crab and loving every minute of it.

All blue, 44/65/90/120 kg, 8 months lifting. This is bad isn't it. I started from benching with 8kg dumbbells.

Attached: Charger_Model_L4D2.png (517x744, 440K)

yeah idk

Ohp is one of those lifts thay is highly dependant on the width of your shoulders, wider shoulders have longer muscles than narrow ones, and as such have greater potential,

recommendation for shoulders is to use dumbells almost exclusively and press with a neutral grip(hammer fist) keeping your arms in , using a full rom, keep the weights fairly light and aim for 6-10 reps, going heavy on shoulder press with incorrect form is a real easy way to fuck them up, keeping your arms in will protect your delts/rotator cuffs and put more of the lift on your triceps/traps

Became blue man about a month ago, been lifting since April 1st. I’m also going to reach 1pl8 bench 5x5 by the end of August. Is 5 months too long to have reached that?
