Bench press. Only thing you can't get out from under. Extra points for decline bench which could be a straight up guillotine. You can go heavier on decline than other bench variants. Even if it doesn't sheer your head off from speed and moment, imagine a day where you didn't get a spotter and suddenly that weight is creeping slowly down to your neck and you have nowhere to go.

Kek I was in decline bench guillotine. And to top it off it was my first day in the new gym. I found it more funny and disappointing than scary, since I already had like 2 experiences with falling into guillotine with regular bench.

Honestly this. Flat bench is safe because you can just do the roll of shame, but you're pretty fucked if you're doing decline and you can't rack the bar

Some bars at my gym guys use to diddly 700+ with and are bent to hell so anything you load will slide off like butter without a clip

Every time I see someone benching with no spotter and with clips on I cringe. The best opening they’d have is to slowly roll it down the length of their body, crushing their sacks in the process

I use clips because due to some imbalance I lift one side slightly earlier and the bar tips

If anything, experienced lifters might find themselves in a roll of shame more often than intermediates when they don't have a spotter. Dyels and more advanced lifters will find themselves in situations like this more often. Intermediates kind of get scared, lose the edge and make decent gains anyways at a safe pace. Advanced lifters will get frustrated and push too hard at some point. Dyels are just learning and still weak so they fuck up too.
