Yoga 3 times a week bros. get my stretch on plus lots of yoga butts to check out
Utterly based and absolutely redpilled
Stretching makes me weaker. I used to be able to do splits and such, everyone would comment how flexible I am. Then I realized my overly flexible legs made me sprint slower and run out of energy faster when running.
Having flexy gummy legs is not good for running. After this redpill I stopped stretching 100%.

GG EZ
imagine shoving your hand up in there and pulling out a handful of rice
I have to stretch and foam roll since my knee injury.
Foam rolling feels amazing.

Do you ever see a lion stretch before destroying some bitch gazelle? I. Don't. Think. So.
they stretch when they wake up like every animal does this
>startingstrength
Have you ever seen a lion walk upright and express coherent thought? You aren't a lion.
That's exactly the same as someone doing pre workout side splits and ballerina moves.
I have yet to see a lion do the splits and toe touches before squatting lmao3plates
no not really unfortunately. Luckily I haven't let one slip yet myself though sometimes I have to come out of poses to squeeze my cheeks to keep things in check

Based and redpilled
Because as per barbell medicine stretching does literally nothing
This is why i come here
cause I'm not a ballerina
based
Because the consensus is that the only time you should bother with it is before bed, you could after the work out but it wouldn't be as beneficial, and you should never before the workout for various reasons.
An anime girl told me not to.
I'm curious, what type of yoga? I tried hot/bikram yoga twice and it was a challenge. Expensive though.
Stopped listening after his first and most major point was that stretching will make you hyper mobile and cause injury due to being too flexible. Rippletits, what planet do you live on? Less then 1% of the population will EVER achieve hyper mobility and less than 1% of that 1% will stretch them selves into it, rather than be fucking born hypermobile.
I stretch after working out because I lose strength if I do it beforehand.
F
I do because I have to
chronic tension headaches and advanced degenerative spinal disease require that I stretch or i'll be out of commission for days.
Do lions push their genetic potential or are they literally just capable of catching a gazelle every few days, then just relaxing in the sun.
It doesn't feel nice.
No because I was told stretching before a workout is counter intuitive and actually causes your muscles to be tighter. I just do a warm up set of the workout I'm going to do.
I can touch my hands behind my back both ways, get my chest flat to my knees on pike stretch, a couple inches off front splitand put my legs behind my head. I see no practical purpose to more flexibility
Goddamn...
I do because I want to be more flexible. I need to stretch a lot more than I am currently though.
Flexibility is literally more important than strength, staff from a college football program told me. Always stretch, don't be like this fag that thinks his placebo bullshit because he used to stretch when he was weaker and slower. Itll save you from injury, it will make you more athletic and it will allow your body to have a better range of motion.
I always stretch after, flexibility is as important as endurance and strength
I do
I always do 3x1 minute dead hangs in order to decompress my spine after lifting heavy
checked 88 HH
You’re supposed to stretch AFTER training
No, they know not to stretch before exercising. They do however ALL stretch
GODDAMN
I stretch and foam roll, its good stuff
