Op, dont listen to every fat ass that's going to tell you to add 100g of sugar to your oats. There's plenty of good carbs in pats by themselves. Do this:

>1/2 cup oats
>1 cup broth

Cook the oats until desired tenderness. Add chicken breast or a couple fried eggs for extra protein. Season with salt and pepper.

Everytime oats are mentioned on Jow Forums fat ass sugar addicts come give recipes that add so much sugar to the oats, it literally destroys your absorption of the good carbs oats already have.

This, tastes so fucking cash and can easily add more oats/scoops or peanut butter depending on macros. Microwave before adding whey for optimal consistency.

I slice a banana every morning, and I use rice milk as an alternative to cow milk, to see if I can remove my pimples on my back.

I boil them in water and then mix with frozen blueberries and scoop of protein. Sometime i add a little bit of cinnamon on top.

i put around 40g of oats into my mouth and chew it until i'm able to swallow. after that i drink 250ml of water, eat a medium ripe banana and drink another 250ml of water.

Ravenously.

Since its hot out I do overnight oats
>mix oats with yogurt or cottage cheese, milk, cocoa powder, pb, cinnamon, stevia
>leave in fridge overnight
>top with fruit in morning, usually strawberries

I’ve been eating oats everyday for over a decade and I can now shit with the timing and precision of a swiss laser-guided missile.
