not him but its likely because of the angle the hair is growing at, towards the back of the neck its at a downward angle so youre not likely to see any potential bald spots whereas thin hair is very obvious on the back/top of the skull because the hair is always pointing straight out

Any tipe of barbell work can be compensated by one side of your body, often qithout you even noticing. Add dumbbell work to even out

then why are you worried about imbalances dude. work on building muscle now. the wonky fucked up parts of your back are due to shit posture and the 0.002% muslce you have developed on one side and nother the other from jerking off. it'll even out quickly. do dumbell rows if you're worried about it giving an extra 2 reps to your "weaker side" you can figure this out quickly when you row. the stronger side will come up faster (row infront of a mirror)
