I had mine checked and got 500. I'm 20. The doctor thinks it's normal. The ranges for normal are 100-1000. The ranges are fucked, they want us all to be low test faggots.

After puberty, there isn't that big of a relationship between age and T levels when you account for the overall poor health status of old people. 386 isn't the testosterone level of a 90-year-old man, it's just the testosterone level of somebody who has a testosterone level of 386.

The cutoffs for low T suggested in clinical guidelines by expert organizations are between 300 and 400. Therefore 386 is borderline and needs to be retested, making sure to test in the morning on an empty stomach. A doctor who doesn't retest 386 with symptoms is questionable in my opinion.

Did you tell all your symptoms to the doctor? Low test is only low test clinically if you have symptoms. So either tell that doctor your symptoms or find another doctor, tell all your symptoms (including dick and sex drive related, exercise/muscle/sleep related etc.), and get a second reading of relevant hormonal parameters (total and free test, LH, FSH) - this is normal procedure. From then doctor should know what to do (find possible cause, suggest treatment options etc)

Also low test isn't really diet or lifestyle related unless you are fat/diabetic/anorexic or otherwise have a serious health condition. There are ways to raise test naturally, but that's not an appropriate treatment for clinically low T, usually it means you cannot produce enough anyway, so those methods wouldn't work anyway

Once T is low enough, symptoms are inevitable, but some people do fine with a T around 400. However around 300 you won't find that many who are still doing completely fine, at 200 even worse

Problem is that eating is not such a big problem. Working out is a problem when you almost can't get stronger and never have the energy to sustain more than two workouts per week.

Try getting your diet on track. You can also behind supplementing with vitamin D3 5000 IU daily. Get enough sleep. Don't drink alcohol. If that doesn't work in a few months, you can try clomid to restart production.

If you want, you can get another blood test that checks your test, free test, and luteinizing hormone. If your LH is high, and your test is low, you might be a good candidate for TRT. If you LH is low, clomid should help get things back on track.
