I'd just stay that BF for a bit longer and put on more size, maybe set a goal to cut once you're at 215 or 220
Easton Gray
bulk ofc
Liam Reyes
tattoos look like fucking garbage and signal that you're lower class
Oliver Perez
+1
Adrian Hall
eh maybe, both my chest and back tats were dedicated to my brother and father after they passed away in a car accident
Cooper Edwards
Probbly what I’ll do. I have to start eating more if I want to gain more though, I think I’ve plateaued due to my caloric intake
Grayson Thomas
Don't mind the fucking retards, I would say bulk a little bit more and then cut, progress is already good but I would want to be a little bit bigger if I were you, that's my opinion though.
Cooper Turner
Yeah. My end goal is 215-220 ibs range I think. My size is mediocre at best, but like you said I’d definitely like to be bigger. Thanks for the input user.
Blake Diaz
Yeah if you wouldn't post your photo I would have said that you need to cut because you are not very tall but your body type can definetely take more mass so why not. I'm 5'10 but I already look oversized at just 200lbs because of my proportions.
Wyatt Evans
True, I might have gotten lucky with how my frame turned out. Used to think I’d be a skinny fat fag forever.
For your cut, do you usually eat at a 400 caloric deficit?
Gavin Brooks
Around 300-600, depends on my day, I'm not super committed right now because I'm on my vacation but I still try to do my best
Lucas Perry
Also curious Jow Forums
Bulk or cut? 6’1” 200 lbs, pretty good lifts but I seem to have a lack of definition
good gains guy. you're not particularly fat yet so you could probably keep bulking if you have specific strength goals in mind. On the other hand if you cut you'll be ripped in like 8 weeks. you have to choose what matters more to you at the moment
Xavier Price
Shame you will never be fully comfortable with your faggy tattoos
Jeremiah Evans
6’5 213 I think I’m nearing what should be the end of my bulk. What do you think? Cut at the end of the month?
OP here Personally, I would go for more bulk or a lean bulk. You do have some fat, but I think the benefit of putting on more muscle outweighs the benefit of losing some extra pounds. I would specifically recommend working your chest more as it seems to be lagging behind your arm development. How are your main lifts?
Charles Stewart
You really must be retarded to consider cutting in the winter lol you will never make it (Except if you live on the retarded side of hemisphere)
Honestly not bad at all, I still stand by my point though. I’d continue to bulk if it aligns with your goals, and focus on building up some mass, specifically in your chest area.
I’m sure someone else can chime in with some more suggestion though
Nolan Davis
I bulked too hard. 5 months between pics made big strength gains though
>squat: 160 to 190kg >deadlift: 180 to 220kg >OHP: 80kg to 95kg
I’m more vascular now than i was on my cut except for the last few weeks. Hoping a 15lb cut will yield good results
OP here, I was doing Candito’s 6 week strength program. I’m not doing PPL with 5/3/1 progression on my main movements

other guy here, upper/lower split. been basically doing Texas Method (alternating volume day and intensity day). 6x6 on volume day and a reverse pyramid on Intensity day (for both squat and OHP). Do a shitload of upper body accessories too, usually every upper body day is
OHP Pullups/weighted pullups bench press (db or bb) row flyes face pulls biceps triceps
Landon Bailey
OP, despite doing PPL I think our routines are pretty similar. I should add that like him, I typically alternative volume / intensity days within my week. Obviously make sure your eating enough too
