This is what you usually do when you are doing competitive swimming

These are 14-16 year old San Diego water polo twins.

The answer, OP, is to fart around in an outside pool for 2 hours a day

Run

>twins
Twinks, obviously

swim

he looks like he gets fucked by black guys

Why would you want to look like him? The dude looks like a fucking faggot, hit the gym, eat a lot and gain some fucking weight faggot

swimmers burn a shitload of fat. just burn a shitload of fat.

cringe. you guys get so upset when there's 1 person in the room who doesn't want to live in the gym trying to become as bloated as the human body can
not everyone has to hard cope due to bad genes

be a 14 year old twink?

Just imagine it

How to go from right to left? cause right now I look like the right

I used to be a competitive swimmer back in school days.

I actually have a routine you can do without swimming that works similar muscle groups and will get you the tone/conditioning for a swimmer's upperbody/shoulders. It's part of my dumbbell yoga series (need to come up with better name).

Pure deltoid work. Makes super big swimmers shoulders.
Lay on back with 5, 10, 15lb weight (not sure what you can handle...may have to work up).

This isn't a 5x5 curl or typical strength training shit.
You will be doing this for a long time. This is endurance training that leads to hypertrophy.
Keep in mind, swimmers are swimming nonstop for hours at a time.
Think of weight selection as selecting the density of water.

Lay on back (on yoga mat if you want).
DO NOT let the dumbbells touch ground or rest them.
START) Arm straight up in press position.

1) With arms still straight, move to overhead position. Palms facing up.
2) Pull forward to press position.
3) Continue forward (no stops) hovering over side hold hovering ground (palms facing ground)
4) Rotate hands to neutral grip (palms facing your body) and then run then up your body through your chest.
5) continue moving then until you are at overhead position.
6) Repeat steps 3-6

The motion of pulling from overhead to press is same as pulling through the water.
From press to side hold hovering ground activates same muscles used to pull arms up during breast stroke.

When you close your eyes and get into the rhythm ...Movement should feel like you are pulling yourself through space.
Get good at this and you can pull yourself through water equally well.

This is much more effective when using decline bench.

Also need to add in standing db OHP for full action.

Aim for 50 reps.

This completely neglects half of a swimmer's power though. The core
