I'd never put my body through the unhealthy keto diet. On the keto diet you basically eat the same way any fat ass obese fucker does but because you eat little carbs you justify eating all the unhealthy foods. There are better diets that do not cause heart problems, keto flu or any other negative side effects. I can't wait to see all the people who are on keto end up in the hospital with heart problems or worse all because they followed a diet fad.
