Bro, i feel. Im reaching the end of NLP on squats and theyve been getting super grindy (doing 295 lbs today). On top of that, I worked 10 hours today and only got 5 hours of sleep last night. I don't take preworkout and typically don't listen to music in the gym in order to have something special saved up for days like these. Gonna chug my sugar shit and blast some Rotting Christ and get through this shit.

I jacked off 3 times today, 2 yesterday, had no stamina/willing to live today. Out of nowhere head to the gym, 4h later than planned.
Got a rep PR on OHP, but couldn't progress most of the assistance lifts.
You should lift anyway. Even with injuries, there could be something you can do, for instances I can't do hanging leg raises due to delt pain, but rediscovered one of the machines for abs.

Do it dude. If you're not physically feeling well just lower your lifts. If you're feeling shitty know that you'll probably feel better after your workout

Lifting is so much harder now that I don't live on campus. I'd go 6-days a week when my dorm was literally 30 feet from the uni gym. Now I struggle to consistently go 3 days a week. Should get better once the semester starts and I'm regularly on campus again.
