Technically fasting should put you into ketosis where your fat is targeted for metabolic function

have sex

Yes but 4x less than only eating on deficit.

OMAD or Alternate day fasting is your best bang for your buck if you’re concerned about loosing muscle.

Why she looks anorectic?

Because you're a fatass American

you can gain muscle while fasting as well.

lmao based retard

Where does the protein come from?

I want to be so flexible!

when is muscle targeted for metabolic function then?

I would comment about losing a little after a week but this is /fit so your dumbass probably means for 12 hours or whatever, so no. My experience with the shit I've tried while losing hundreds of lbs over a decade is that long term fasting preserves better than long term cico even while continuing to lift.

When you eat high carb in a deficit, or when you're starving

this thot looks like she had a doctor cut half the bone out of her face, disgusting.

Gross do girls laugh at the 3 inches?

>19/5 IF on -600tdee 2 weeks
>lost 1 lb (maybe gained lean weight and lost fat)
>strength way up

I'm still a novice but I'd say no. If you're doing progressive overload, why would your body burn lean muscle if it has fat stores sitting around waiting to use for energy.

lol fucking manlet dicklets

No. Fasting actually boosts HGH, which preserves muscle.

HGH isn't anabolic

Yes, but because of the expected protein breakdown and suppressed MPS (because you're not eating) to counter it.
It should return after you resume regular eating.
