Volume, I do 5x5 with my first 2 sets being my 80% , then 3rd set 90% and 4th 100% , then last is 1RM, after finishing the set i slowly replace my 80% with previous 90% slow but works.
I can understand straps not counting, but how the fuck does a belt do anything besides prevent you from shitting out your spine.
