Stop doing legs. I started benching 95 two years ago. I bench 3 times a week and hit legs twice a week. Currently I have 285 bench, 300 squat, and 505 deadlift. Also I max out everytime I bench and do not take rest days

Volume, I do 5x5 with my first 2 sets being my 80% , then 3rd set 90% and 4th 100% , then last is 1RM, after finishing the set i slowly replace my 80% with previous 90% slow but works.
